Carolyn Hayden-Garner, CPP
Executive Director Payroll, Dallas Independent School District
Carolyn Hayden-Garner is the Executive Director of payroll for Dallas ISD, the 12th largest school district in the USA. Hayden-Garner is responsible for all aspects of Oracle payroll processing for over 26,000 employees with the assistance from 18 dynamic team members. Hayden-Garner has been long involved in technology related roles and is highly conversant in Oracle Financials, HRMS, OTL, iRrecruitment, iExpense and Labor Distribution.
Hayden-Garner graduated magna cum laude from Grambling State University with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and from Dallas Baptist University with an MBA. She has her payroll certification (CPP) and serves as a hotline volunteer for the American Payroll Association. Hayden-Garner resides in Cedar Hill, Texas with her husband Thomas and children, Thomas Hayden and Cassie Renee.
Natalie Knight is currently the HR Development Manager for MasTec, Inc.
She has over 10 years experience working with Oracle HRMS Applications, ranging from technical development to project management. She graduated from NC State University with a degree in Business Management/Information Systems and recently completed PHR certification.

Jeffrey Feim
V.P. of Business Development - EIS Technologies, Inc
Jeff has spent a career spanning over two decades consulting on business applications technologies in the corporate, education and government sectors. Jeff has overall responsibility for business development for products and services at EIS Technologies. Prior to joining EIS Technologies, Jeff spent 6 years directing an e-Business Suite implementation services practice and in applications product sales at Oracle Corporation. Jeff serves OHUG in the position of Global Development Chair and also with the IOUC as Director - Communications and Membership Committee. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Economics (Honors) from Monash University, with postgraduate studies at the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Beth Correa
Official Payroll Advisor, CEO
Beth Correa is the founder and CEO of Official Payroll Advisor. She provides strategic payroll consulting in all phases of your project, from upfront planning, to milestone reviews through to post implementation follow-up.
Prior to starting her own company, Beth was the Director of Product Strategy covering North America and Global Payroll for Oracle Corporation. In that role, she was responsible for setting direction for the HRMS products in North America. She also was responsible on a global basis for the Core Payroll. She was involved in setting priorities for future enhancements, reviewing requirements, and working with customers to ensure product quality. Ms. Correa worked for Oracle Corporation for over 11 years.
Beth has been in payroll since 1983, with her first eight years involved from the technical perspective working in the IT department developing/maintaining payroll applications. She then took on a functional role as Payroll Manager for two separate employers both multi-state paying 7000 and 45,000 employees
Ms. Correa has a Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Science and a Masters in Business Administration.
Mr. Stofka serves as the SVP of Oracle Industry Solutions for TITAN Technology Partners. He brings more than 18 years of experience in HR technology service delivery, sales, and product marketing.
Mr. Stofka joined OHUG in 2007 with the desire to re-connect PeopleSoft HCM end-users. He chairs the Special Interest Groups and Regional Users Groups for OHUG. Mr. Stofka holds a BS degree in Management Information Systems/Computer Science from Florida State University and has been a frequent speaker at numerous Oracle and PeopleSoft conferences. Janice D'Aloia
Janice serves as Conference Logistics Chair on the OHUG board and brings many years of association volunteer experience and leadership.
Janice is currently with Deloitte Consulting in the Human Capital practice. She is a seasoned professional with 25 years of experience in the fields of HRMS, ERP application software, and consulting services. She has broad experience with both the eBusiness Suite and Enterprise applications including a specialty in HCM.

Marc Anthony Ramos
Director of Corporate Sales, Aquire
Marc serves as Vendor Relations Chair on the OHUG Board and brings more than 10 years of business development and HR solutions expertise.
In 2006, under the direction of Marc, Aquire launched a new corporate sales team which services mid-size companies. Within this role, Marc teaches, challenges, and develops his team to understand and deliver relevant solutions to the Mid-Market HR community. In addition to this role, Marc oversees the domestic partner channel program which has experienced double-digit growth each of the last several years. Added to his duties for 2008, Marc is assisting in managing and growing Aquire's business interests in Asia-Pac. Marc started his Aquire career 8 years ago as an Enterprise Sales Account Manager. From there, Marc moved to Channel Sales & Strategic Alliances. Aquire, based in Irving, TX, is the global leader in Automated Org-Charting, Workforce Planning and Management Solutions.
Ramos is a seasoned speaker who presents at numerous industry events, as well as other HR user group conferences throughout North America. Marc holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX. Marc earned his MBA at the University of North Texas in Denton, TX.
