Managing an engaging, collaborative learning environment that supports a broad range of audiences—including internal HR, sales, customers and resellers—is critical to engaging and retaining top performing employees. Learn how to manage informal, formal, and social learning, delivered in-person and online.
Session topics in this track may include: configuring and managing your LearnCenter; user management; reporting; and content management.
Payroll, Time & Labor and Absence Management
Regardless of how simple or complex your organization, you need to ensure that you pay your workforce on time, follow all labor rulings, and manage absences according to global and local compensation rules.
Use sessions in this track to gain more insight into: Creating time period definitions and time attributes; developing time entry processes; managing approval periods, validation rules, and time transfer rules; managing worker group profiles; and staying in compliance with state and federal regulations.
