Description:

Aurora Health Care, Inc. went from 3,000 + Microsoft Word documents to using PeopleSoft Non-Person Profile for their job descriptions. They are using job profile in job evaluation, talent acquisition, succession planning, and performance management. Aurora plans to use job profiles for gap analysis and workforce development. In addition, Aurora is also looking into using competencies and integrating with learning management.
