It is well known that cloud computing doesn’t happen magically in the clouds. There are global operation teams dedicated to ensuring that the cloud service performs at optimal levels. Some customers may fear they have to give up control of the management of the system while transitioning to the cloud. In this session attendees will learn how the Cloud Portal provides self-service management for the HCM Cloud. The presenter will share strategies to optimize the features available in the Cloud Portal. Learn how to simplify administration of environment refresh and upgrade scheduling without a Service Request (SR), easily monitor status, and track usage of the service. The Cloud Portal isn’t magic, just a simple solution to maintaining control in the modern cloud.
