Looking to ramp up your social media presence and gain more Twitter followers? The Twitter vending machine provided by OHUG will create great buzz not only on social media but at your lounge-style booth. The machine will provide giveaways to attendees that tweet with #OHUG2017 and your company’s desired hashtag. Sponsor will be given a 20'x20' space in the Product Solutions Center. Sponsor is responsible for furnishing space and providing giveaway.

NEW! Guest Elevator Clings (Exclusive) $20,000

Be the first thing attendees see after check in and then again each night as they head back to their rooms. Sponsor will receive clings on two elevators in prime locations.

Mobile App $15,000 

Be the exclusive sponsor of the OHUG mobile app. Attendees will have your company name in front of them as they browse to find sessions, build their personalized schedule and much more! This interactive tool makes all show information available before, during and after the conference. Includes sponsorship of the opening splash page, (1) banner ad, and (2) push notifications.

Wireless Internet $15,000 

Give every attendee complimentary internet access at the OHUG Global Conference as the official WiFi sponsor. Sponsorship includes the ability to select a WiFi password that is representative of your company name or brand, advertising on the splash page, and recognition on all conference materials.

Welcome Reception $15,000

As the exclusive sponsor of the Welcome Reception, the main event to kick off the conference on opening day, your company logo will be displayed prominently throughout the event including on signage in the event space and on napkins at each bar and food station. Your company will be promoted in the printed onsite guide and OHUG daily email as the exclusive sponsor of the reception. The Welcome Reception is a relaxed evening event offering attendees their first chance to mingle, network and learn about the conference structure while enjoying food and refreshments.

Provide custom artwork for (2) sets of escalators. The escalators are located in the main meeting space and connect the breakout rooms to the Product Solutions Center and General Session space. Market your message on an 8’ long banner. Attendees will see your company banner as they go to and from the meeting space. Sponsor to provide the custom artwork. Cost includes printing and installation fees.

NEW! Network & Recharge Station $7,000

Sponsor this high-profile, networking-style station where attendees can relax and charge their mobile devices. To drive traffic to your booth, include collateral at this station and have them turn it in at your booth for a prize.  Customization is available.

This unique opportunity will feature a lounge (with furniture) geared towards a specific product line (Taleo, Peoplesoft, Learn or HCM Cloud), a branded charging station, signage, one push notification in the mobile app to alert attendees and the opportunity to provide marketing collateral.

Badge Holders $7,000 

The conference badge is every attendee’s ticket to the Product Solutions Center and education sessions. Your name and logo (along with OHUG's logo) will be prominently placed on the badge holder that must be visible and worn at all times - education sessions, general sessions and networking events. As the exclusive sponsor of the badge holders, this is consistent visibility for your company throughout the entire conference. 

Badge Lanyards $7,000

You'll see lanyards on every attendee (including sponsors and exhibitors) at the OHUG Global Conference. That’s why your logo imprinted on them is one of the best ways to build brand awareness. They provide high visibility that succeeds at getting your company noticed. 

Column Wrap $5,000 (3 sets available)

Advertise your company on one column wrap in a high traffic area. Artwork to be provided by the sponsor. OHUG to produce, print and install. *placement is first come, first served

Gobo $5,000 (Exclusive)

Increase your visibility with your company logo GOBO on the wall above the escalators heading to the main conference space.

Directional Footprints $5,000

Multiply booth traffic with this unique directional tool. Large footprints carry your company logo and are placed from the Product Solutions Center entrance into your booth.

NEW! Product Solutions Center Craft Beer Tasting Sponsorship $4,500 (limit 8 sponsors)

This very popular traffic builder will take place in the Product Solutions Center. Attendees who choose to participate will create their own Craft Beer flight by visiting your booth! Sponsoring company has the ability to select a craft beer from a list of local Florida favorites. Sponsorship includes signage throughout the Product Solutions Center during the event, company logo in the mobile app and pre-show promotional emails and company logo and booth number on the taster tickets.

Note: Bar and bartender will be set up in each sponsor's booth and must fit within the confines of the booth as outlined in the exhibitor rules and regulations. Selections are based on a first-come, first served basis.

Refreshment Break (2 opportunities) $3,000

Be the exclusive sponsor of one of two refreshment breaks to take place in the Product Solutions Center. Attendees will be eager to grab their mid-morning coffee as soon as they exit the opening session. Be sure to be on the top of their minds. Recognition includes company logo on coffee sleeves, on onsite signage and within the printed onsite guide.

General Session Chair Drop (2 available) $3,500

Reach out to all conference attendees by having a promotional piece of literature delivered to every chair at either the Wednesday or Thursday General Session. Chair drop content subject to OHUG’s approval; sponsor assumes costs of production and shipping.

Hotel Room Drop $4,000 (3 available)

Arrange to have your unique marketing message hand delivered to each attendee’s hotel room. This is a great way to get your collateral material noticed. Room drop content subject to OHUG’s approval; sponsor assumes costs of production, shipping, and hotel-related room drop charges.

Visibility Signage (Meter Boards) $2,000

Drive prospect traffic to your booth with two full color, double-sided signs, each measuring 3´ 2˝ wide by 8´tall (working area 38˝ x 87˝). This gives you a chance to communicate four separate, high impact messages. Simply supply your artwork in electronic format. One sign will be placed in a high traffic area of the meeting space and the other in a high traffic aisle on the floor. Limit 2 signs per company. Signs will be placed by OHUG in random order.

Floor Decals $1,000

Increase your visibility where attendees walk daily and remind attendees how and where to locate you inside the Product Solutions Center or in the pre-function space. Floor decal can be custom designed by your company and are 3'x 3'. Limit 2 per company.

Virtual Event Bag Ad Placement $1,000(One per company)

Showcase your company’s latest innovation, drive traffic to your booth or provide an exclusive offer to event attendees by sponsoring a placement in our online virtual event bag. Your placement could be a traditional discount offer, online store discount, educational information, or even simply advertise your services right inside our bag! After the event, we are able to provide robust performance reports with metrics outlining activities generated by participants interacting with your placement. Best of all, the entire experience is 'GREEN' so together we are reducing our waste footprint! All placements must be approved by OHUG.

Search for Solutions $750 (LIMITED TO 15 PARTICIPANTS) formerly known as Passport to Prizes

Drive traffic to your booth with this popular contest. Attendees will compete by visiting each sponsor's booth in their search to complete their missions and win prizes. Sponsors will be recognized in the printed onsite guide and Mobile App. Sponsor will provide prize for drawing that takes place Thursday, June 8th at the conclusion of the Product Solutions Center.

Pre-Conference Advertising

Pre-Show Mailing $2,000

Lay the groundwork for a successful event by getting your message out to conference attendees early with a pre-conference mailing. Marketing piece subject to OHUG’s approval; sponsor assumes costs of production and postage.

Pre-Show or Post-Show Targeted Email Message $1,500 (limit 6 each)

Send one marketing communication to all registered conference attendees and OHUG members, via the OHUG email mailing list, subject to OHUG content approval.

Year Round Advertising Opportunities

OHUG Partner Spotlight $2,500

Showcase your company’s thought leadership and solutions to our membership throughout the year. Supply a white/position paper (or a case study) that highlights your company’s expertise. OHUG will package it with up to seven other sponsors in our new “OHUG Partner Spotlight”. This digital product will get exposure on:
  • Partner Spotlight webpage on OHUG.org
  • (1) dedicated email to the full OHUG membership highlighting your company’s contribution
  • Social media support (1 post each on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn)

Webinar Host $2,000

OHUG has hosted more than 2,000 webinar registrants during the past year. Sponsor an educational webinar to access these professionals. Draw attention to your solutions and their applications through this convenient learning opportunity.

Note: Content must be educational in nature (e.g. co-presentation with a customer, case study or white paper presentation) and approved by the OHUG Education Committee.
