This statement displays the compensation, rewards, and benefits to employees. In this session, we will cover the statement setups performed for Loudoun County Public Schools. Total Compensation Statements are built upon Compensation Items and Compensation Categories. Compensation items are foundational elements on which the total compensation statement is built. Compensation categories are groupings of similar or related compensation items.
