We are currently in the Design phase of our Oracle Fusion Cloud roll-out. There is some concern about enabling/using Dynamic Skills and I would love to get your input.

    Have you enabled Skills Center?

Have you linked Skills to Jobs/Positions? If so, how are you tackling that?

Did you use Oracle's seeded list of 12,000 skills or have you created your own list?

What did your OCM Plan look like, and what Use Cases did you use?

How has the use of Skills Center been received by employees? Managers? Talent Management/HR?

What pitfalls should we watch out for?

Oracle Learning-- learner is missing "View Content" button

We are trying to go live with Oracle Learning. The Initiative I created has successfully assigned the course to the Learners but when I log in as a Learner in a lower environment, they do not see the "View Content" button. I have assigned the course to me and I see the View Content button. I have already tried the steps here: https://community.oracle.com/customerconnect/discussion/871661/the-view-content-button-does-not-appear-in-learning?utm_source=community-search&utm_medium=organic-search&utm_term=%22view+content%22+button+

does anyone have other suggestions? I'm wondering if it's related to permissions.

Thanks for any help!
