There is some concern about enabling/using Dynamic Skills and I would love to get your input.

  • Have you enabled Skills Center?
  • Have you linked Skills to Jobs/Positions? If so, how are you tackling that?
  • Did you use Oracle's seeded list of 12,000 skills or have you created your own list?
  • What did your OCM Plan look like, and what Use Cases did you use?
  • How has the use of Skills Center been received by employees? Managers? Talent Management/HR?
  • What pitfalls should we watch out for?
