The OHUG Mobile App

The event app is available for download in the Apple Store and Google Play Store. Search "OHUG" and download the app on your smartphone to access session descriptions, speaker information and venue maps
Use the scheduling tool on the OHUG mobile app to build out your conference schedule before you arrive in Las Vegas! Browse through each track's sessions and select those that interest you to create a personal agenda.

You can also download session handouts on the mobile appor via MailScanner has detected a possible fraud attempt from "r20.rs6.net" claiming to beohug.org/2015presentations by using your login information.Sessions with uploaded presentations will have a download arrow next to the session title. There will also be a search bar to the right to locate sessions within the library. 
 
Be sure to fill out the session evaluations in the mobile app. For every session evaluation you complete, you will receive one entry into a raffle to win $50 gift cards!

Important Note Regarding Accommodations
 

The only secure method of reserving OHUG rooms at the negotiated rate is through the official housing website. All phone calls and correspondence received from firms like Exhibition Housing Management or others should be ignored and reported immediately to OHUG atinfo@ohug.org. These companies are not authorized to book rooms in the name of OHUG, and there is a possibility that they will charge you and cancel your room, leaving you without a room reservation upon arrival.

Registration Hours
 
Avoid the lines by registering early and/or picking up your badges on Sunday, June 7: 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
 
Monday, June 8: 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. 
Tuesday, June 9: 6:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.  
Wednesday, June 10: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.  
Thursday, June 11: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

The registration desk is located in the Mirage Events Center Rotunda.

Guest passes can be purchased for $150 at the registration desk. This pass includes both the Monday night Welcome Reception and the OHUG Member Appreciation Event. Guest passes for breakfast and lunch are not available. Guests must wear their name badge to the events or they will not be admitted. 
This year, you will also pick up color-coded buttons highlighting interest by product line at the registration desk. This way, you'll easily identify your peers and make new connections!

SIG/RUG Meetings
 
Monday, June 8, is SIG/RUG Day at the OHUG 2015 Global Conference. We invite you to attend as many SIG or RUG meetings as you want. The meetings are free to attend and no special invitation is required. Each of the SIGs and RUGs has a full agenda planned with special speakers.
 

Scout Lounge
 
Take a moment to recharge your batteries (and your phones!) in the Scout Lounge, located in Montego A. Check your email using free WiFi, partake in some light snacks and refreshing beverages, or take a meeting with a fellow attendee in this inviting space courtesy of Scout.

The average high temperature in Las Vegas in June is 100° F. The average low temperature is 69° F. Attire for the conference is business casual. Because meeting room temperatures sometimes fluctuate, attendees may wish to bring a sweater or jacket.
