Tim Stofka

Tim Stofka currently serves as Director of Applications and Senior Nephologist at Nashville Electric Service (NES). Tim brings more than twenty-five years of Oracle Cloud and PeopleSoft experience in technology service delivery, consulting, sales, and product marketing.
Tim joined Zycron@NES in 2017 to begin their journey of moving from PeopleSoft to HCM Cloud. Prior to NES, he served as Managing Director at Willis Towers Watson in their Human Capital Practice.
Before Willis, he was an executive with TITAN Technology Partners through the acquisition of Oasis Software, a provider of PeopleSoft hosted and managed services which he co-founded in 1995 and served as the partner responsible for the growth and development of the company.
Prior to founding Oasis Software, Tim served as a systems engineer for Electronic Data Systems (EDS) at Saturn Corporation where he was responsible for the emerging technologies and software support.


Marc Ramos

Marc Ramos is the Chief Marketing Officer for SplashBI. With over two decades of executive leadership, professional speaking, and real-life sales and marketing experience, Marc brings his innovative views to the SplashBI team. Throughout the years, Marc has served in various roles including General Manager, CMO, and Vice-President within the technology/software industry, having built and managed dynamic teams, his philosophy continues within the next generation of leaders and marketers.

For the past several years, Marc has also served as Vendor Relations Chair on the Oracle HCM Users Group Board. OHUG is the premier organization devoted to providing insight to the Oracles E-Business Suite, PeopleSoft, Fusion, & Taleo markets. Marc holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX and has earned his MBA at the University of North Texas in Denton, TX.


Tracy Beach

Tracy has led many successful Oracle HCM implementations over the past twenty years and is proficient in both the functional and technical aspects of the Oracle HCM suite.  As a Functional Team Lead, he implemented Oracle’s first Canadian Payroll and the first large Oracle Cloud Payroll.  In the role of Project Manager, he successfully managed projects taking clients live on schedule and on budget while managing project teams of up to 15 resources.  He was involved in the early partner training of the Cloud HCM applications and has achieved Cloud HCM certification.  Tracy is proficient in the business processes of Human Resources, Payroll, and Benefits Administration.  Previously Tracy has served as an implementation consultant at Grant Thornton, Kbace, Deloitte, Xcelicor, Oracle and KPMG.  Tracy graduated with a B.B.A. in Management from Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas, and an M.B.A. from Saint Edwards University in Austin, Texas.  As a long-time active member of OHUG Tracy has served as a volunteer on the OHUG Program Committee for over eight years and is currently on the OHUG Executive Committee as Secretary. 


Carolyn Hayden-Garner, MBA, CPP, CPM

Carolyn Hayden-Garner recently served as the Director of Payroll & Timekeeping for Northrop Grumman (NGC). She joined NGC in 2016 assuming Global Payroll responsibilities for UK, Australia, South Korea, UAE, KSA, Japan, Belgium, and North America.   

Most recently, she was the Director of Payroll for CBRE. She joined CBRE in 2008, bringing more than fifteen years of technology leadership, payroll compliance and processing, and executive management experience to her role with the company. As Director, Carolyn was responsible for the payroll reporting and operations for North America, including Canada.

Carolyn served as the President of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Users Group (OHUG) for nine years.  She has also been featured in the Oracle Application Users Group (OAUG) magazine for her leadership and accomplishments related to her users’ group experience. In October 2013, she was the recipient of the CBRE 2013 AANG Management Excellent award.

James Hall serves as the Regional Chair for the OHUG Board. Jim brings over fifteen years of experience in the Professional Services industry. For the last ten years, Jim has focused on HCM Technology services. Jim holds a BS degree in business management from Buffalo State College.


The board is developing relationships with established Regional User Groups as well as hosting OHUG regional events. This should enable OHUG to increase membership while providing HCM content to users on a regional level. Members can still continue to experience all of our outstanding HCM content at our annual Global HCM Conference.

My Human Resources experience includes working in both Unionized and Non-Union environments within the following sectors; Industrial Manufacturing, Retail, Entertainment, Utilities (Public-Sector), and Information Technology. I have been an end-user for over 10 years with various HR Software platforms and Cloud Services including; Applicant Tracking,


Sarah Tobio

Sarah Tobio is the Manager of HR Systems Operations for American Tower. Headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, American Tower is a global provider of wireless communication infrastructure and provides services to deploy and support wireless networks in 16 countries on 5 continents.

 
Sarah brings more than 15 years’ experience to the Human Resources technology space with concentrated experience in Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle HCM Cloud and Taleo Recruiting. For the past 4 years, she has focused on the implementation of new HR technologies as well as improving HRIT processes. Sarah holds a bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University and lives outside Boston with her husband and two young children.


Carrie Hollack

Carrie Hollack is an innovative HR technologist who optimizes systems and processes with measurable, objective results that increase value for people and their companies.  She specializes in high volume retail and recently began consulting after 15 years in industry working for well-known, large North American retailers.


Carrie has been an OHUG board member since 2017 and recently stepped in to lead the newly formed OHUG HCM Cloud Community.  She has volunteered with OHUG for nearly ten years as a presenter and chair of the Retail/Service/Hospitality Special Interest Group and Canadian Special Interest Group.  Carrie has worked with Oracle HCM applications since 2000, from E-Business Suite to Taleo Enterprise Edition and HCM Cloud.


Jatinder Dhoot

Jatinder Dhoot is a Certified Project Manager Professional with over fifteen years of extensive PeopleSoft and Oracle E-Business experience. She is currently engaged in executing IT strategies by managing ERP projects for DHL Exel, a global market leader in the logistics industry. Her focus is to expand upon Oracle’s E-Business functionality by effectively utilizing Information Technology to solve business problems through process re-engineering, strategic systems planning, requirements definition, and managing implementations and integration efforts.

Jatinder is a management information systems graduate from Guelph-Humber University, Canada. She brings many years of knowledge in setting strategic direction and management experience. Jatinder represents DHL Exel, as a member of the Board of Directors for the Oracle HCM User Group (OHUG), serving in the role of Education Chairperson.
