	OHUG welcomes Taleo customers to the OHUG user group community! On September 11 during Taleo World 2012, Oracle named OHUG as the premiere user group for Taleo customers. Oracle understands and values its users, supporting user groups across the globe. Oracle delivered a consistent message during various Regional and Special Interest Group sessions encouraging Taleo customers to stay connected on Knowledge Exchange and to join OHUG; it is free! Oracle further described the positive correlation between Oracle customers engaged in user group activity and customer satisfaction. Over the next several months, the OHUG board, Taleo user group leaders, and Oracle Taleo management will be collaborating on how OHUG can best meet the needs of the Taleo user community. Welcome to the SIG Corner!

As OHUG SIGs are always growing and expanding, this month we want to announce the start of the Fusion SIG. The Fusion SIG was established to provide current and potential users of Oracle Fusion HCM and Oracle Fusion Talent Management a forum to share knowledge and ideas, accelerate the business value of these solutions, and collectively voice ideas for product direction. Steven Smith has been nominated as the SIG Leader and we are excited to have him head up this innovative group. Steven manages HR technology solutions and strategies for WilmerHale, a Washington D.C.-based law firm with twelve offices across the USA, Europe, and Asia.
