After using PeopleSoft HCM for more than 15 years, the University of Oklahoma recently completed a broad consolidation and modernization project. The combined PeopleSoft HCM instances from two separate campuses, eliminated customizations, reimagined a new Fluid user experience and redefined how they use the applications. The Director of HR Systems at OU will discuss what they did, how they did it, and the results they've seen to date.
We meet the third Thursday of each month and intend to spend this hour in three ways.
- discuss common features across PeopleSoft HCM
- deep-dive one topic each month
- analyze the Oracle PSFT roadmap and direct it towards common enhancement requests from our members.
Be prepared with HRIS members this month including Analysts and Developers. This community has a history of benefitting from sharing success (and challenge) stories.
