Zoder is the Director, Global HR for the Oracle’s HCM Cloud team. Nancy is an experienced HCM professional with over 19 years implementing, designing, developing and defining strategy for Human Capital Management software applications. Nancy spent 10 years implementing HCM worldwide in North America, Europe and Asia in a variety of industries as well as lead PeopleSoft’s product strategy for Global HR. Her area of expertise includes: Strategic Workforce Planning, Global Human Resources, Compensation, Help Desk, Health and Safety, Reporting and Analytics, Data Privacy, Global Deployments.

Oracle E-Business Suite Human Capital Management: Executive Management

Representatives from Oracle E-Business suite HCM Development Executive management will share their vision, strategy and key focus areas for the product line. They will share practical strategies that Oracle E-Business suite HCM customers can adopt to take advantage of Oracle Cloud offerings using co-existence approach with Cloud HR and On-premise E-Business Suite Payroll or Cloud HR & Payroll with On-premise ERP. They will also cover other cloud strategies for E-Business Suite customers such as 'Compute Cloud' which offers Infrastructure as a Service.
Mr. Shenoy is a Group Vice President at Oracle Corporation and global development head for Oracle E-Business HCM development and Fusion Talent Management Applications Development. He is responsible for product management and engineering teams for the full suite of E-Business HCM products.He is also responsible for Fusion Talent Management suite of cloud applications development and Fusion HCM integration product development. Since joining Oracle in 1999, he has worked in various development roles with Oracle E Business Suite HCM Product Development.
Prior to joining Oracle, Mr. Shenoy held various management roles in Larsen & Toubro and Grasim Industries for 10 years. Mr.Shenoy holds Mechanical Engineering degree from University of Mysore.
Cliff Godwin is the senior vice president of applications development at Oracle, responsible for Oracle E-Business Suite. He joined Oracle in 1990 and has been a member of the Oracle Applications business senior management team for most of his time at the company. Prior to his current role, Godwin led the applications technology group responsible for ensuring that Oracle E-Business Suite effectively leverages Oracle's systems technologies, and for building the common objects and services used throughout Oracle E-Business Suite. Godwin holds MS degrees in mathematics and operations research from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

PeopleSoft HCM Update and Roadmap
Robbin Velayedam, Director, HCM Product Strategy and Customer Engagement, Oracle
This session will highlight all the major investment areas for PeopleSoft in the coming 18 months in the areas of Core Human Resources, Onboarding, Talent Management, Workforce Administration, and Customer Relationship Management. You will also learn about the latest technologies made available with the entire PeopleSoft stack including the new Elastic Search, PeopleTools, Fluid, and the Cloud Deployment Architecture. You will also learn about customer successes around Selective Adoption and Fluid.
Robbin has spent the majority of his professional career designing, developing, and championing HR, Talent Management, CRM, and Workforce applications to customers of all sizes and industries. He began his journey with PeopleSoft in 1998 and has been involved with PeopleSoft applications either as a customer or in product management since release 7.0. He has worked in a variety of functional areas with PeopleSoft product development such as Approvals, Analytics, Self Service, Mobile/Fluid, and Shared Components. As a Director of Product Management and Strategy, he currently serves as a conduit between customers and the PeopleSoft development organization to ensure user expectations are met -- if not exceeded -- with new functionality. Robbin’s partnership with OHUG has been a part of his team's overall responsibility of maintaining strong relationships with the PeopleSoft user community. Over the years, Robbin has been a frequent speaker at OHUG and hosts a monthly series of OHUG webinars focused on helping customers maximize their current investment in PeopleSoft. In his spare time he enjoys music and sports. A fun fact: Robbin is originally from Mauritius - a little known island paradise in the middle of the Indian Ocean.
