Oracle revealed a new bundled feature, all about ME!
We knew Oracle had newly aligned focus on their customer service in most recent years. Then with the investment into HR Analytics, Oracle focused on the HR Professional. Now Oracle has taken a deeper dive, focusing on the employee experience.
Oracle ME focuses on combating the great resignation and giving the employee a seamless ‘employee experience’ with innovative tools that also ‘just look really cool’. Oracle ME delivers tools that are interwoven through Oracle HCM Cloud, and then amp them up a few notches. Think Journeys, Helpdesk, Social and Digital Assistant, but give it an even slicker look and feel. It works FOR employees. And when Oracle walked through some sneak peeks on their recent, ‘The Future of Employee Experience Is Oracle ME’ (featuring OHUG legend Eric Cohen!), my inner HR-nerd giggled with glee!
Although some old folks, like me, might find it off to ask our direct reports how they’re “feeling”; after we’ve all been working from home and been invited into our co-workers’ living rooms. The way we work changed, most would argue, for the better. It’s important to not go back to the cold way of interacting with employees of pre-2020. I want your work to be great, but I also want you to feel valued.
