Oracle Solution Central is open 10:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday, June 10 and Tuesday, June 11, and 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 12 in the Fort Worth 4 Ballroom. We have consolidated all of your Oracle Solutions into one location, where you can find Support Central staff for all product lines, as well as access to our new EBS Proactive, Customer Cloud Connect, and the HCM Cloud Center of Excellence (COE).

We have the Oracle Leadership team (HCM Support and HCM Cloud Development) of managers here to discuss your crucial milestones, your intentions to upgrade or configure Oracle HCM products. We can provide heightened monitoring and engagement for a successful milestone. We are here for any ad-hoc presentations, or discussions that you would like to initiate on your OHUG trip.

In the Solution Central room (Forth Worth 4 Ballroom), you will also be able to find Heather Hagedorn, the HCM Cloud content moderator for the Cloud Customer Connect online community. She can help you sign up for an account if you don’t have one already, figure out your SSO if you do already have one and forgot, show you how to subscribe to your favorite forums and conversations, log ideas, and connect with other cloud users.
